NAPOLIFILM, by Seppo Renvall
25min HD /anamorph  , video BW, 2016

NAPOLIFILM is experimental film about Napoli as an state of mind, a impressionist  journey.

ONE, by Juha van Ingen
HD, stereo, 7:45, 2015

The starting point for ONE is a video taken with a mobile phone.
The camera hasn’t been able to capture the original view and the resulting video contains only mystical glitch.
What causes the glitch? What is the moment or subject, which was originally attempted to be documented?
Is there a huge planet or a tiny cell in the video? Perhaps it is something else – a human or even God?
The soundscape of ONE is homage to big questions, a mash-up of 60’s sci-fi cinema soundtracks.

VIDEO FOR TURKU BIENNIAL,
by Erkka Nissinen

AVENUE M, by Kari Yli-Annala
Digital video, stereo, 2:50, 2015

A short structural video about the view seen from the train running in-between the stations Myrtle Avenue and Central Avenue in New York. In the 1970´s - 1980´s Myrtle Avenue was called ”Murder Avenue” because of the high crime rate in the area. The work is about de-centralization of the place and the forces that keep it´s habitants connected to it. It also discusses about the aesthetics between the black & white/colour image and the still/moving image
